Typical floor plates will range from 17,750 – 19,700 sq ft and each building can provide approximately 60,000 sq ft to a single occupier or can be combined to provide a total of 180,000 sq ft across all three buildings. The overall design caters for a range of modern occupiers and provides collaborative and dynamic workplace environments.

6, 7 & 8 Waterside provides highly energy efficient buildings which will be completed to a Grade A specification to include:
